Old Discussions and Working out at the Gym

How many of you delete your discussions when they are no longer getting comments? I have discussions that have been here for years and I’m wondering if I should delete them. I kinda hate to because if I ever want to I can look back to past years and see what was happening at the time. But I’m tempted to read a few at a time and delete. Seems like they’re just taking up space.
The rain finally stopped but it’s still overcast and dull. I went early to the gym and had an excellent workout. I surprised myself. I peddled further and faster than usual on the stationary bike and On the treadmill. I stayed with weight lifting longer than usual. I’m very satisfied with my workout today.
What are you guys up to today?

I keep mine. I don't see the point. If I can look back so can others. And, sometimes, I'll get comments on discussions I posted years ago.

@Gillygirl They might be now. So much has happened in the last six years. That’s why I’m a little afraid to look at them.

It's an ongoing process for me to delete old posts. There are some things I just don't want to revisit . . . nor would I want anyone else in outside life to find either . . . so I'm ok with with deleting. Great progress with your workouts! Routine day for us today - but feels like a Monday .

I don't delete posts that no longer get comments, but I do delete old posts that basically were just about my day or me killing time / making pennies rambling. Etc. I even do that to current posts after at least 24hrs.

@Courtlynn I think I used to write more substantial discussions than I write now. I expect to find some surprises when I read them.

@RubyHawk I go back to mine all the time. The unfortunate thing is that commenting on some of these older posts does not necessarily breathe new life into them even though they wind up at the top of the heap in Most Recent Activity. The problem is, I have found, that few people visit Most Recent Activity.
I have been trying to get people to use Most Recent Activity more. But it has mostly fallen on deaf ears. lol
Every once in a while you do get a new comment though, and when that happens suddenly the posts get a second chance, and sometimes a third and beyond.
But it is rare.
You will have to tell me if you get any new comments now that this post is front and center in Most Recent Activity again for a little while.

I don't do it, once in a while people will comment on an old discussion. Besides who knows, I might want to go back and look at it some time.

@RubyHawk It's an individual choice I guess.

@snowy22315 It is. I wasn’t sure if we could delete our discussions. I thought they might belong to Mylot.

I used to delete my old Discussions; but I don't anymore. Sometimes members will go back a few months and respond to the old posts. Good job with exercising at the gym! Nothing much going on here.
