Good for you. If I remember correctly you've lost another pound or two?
I made a couple of changed and I've lost two pounds from last week. I'm indulging in popcorn tonight. I hope it doesn't take me back

@just4him I am too, although the scale wasn't too kind and then stress of what is going on got to me
so today was a carby day
