We just moved to northern New York. It hasn't been easy to eat healthy on the way up. But now I am looking forward to getting back into the healthy food mode. It sounds like you are doing great. Keep it up.

@just4him True. Right now we are in Massena NY in a house that my son-in-law is flipping. We are happily shopping around for our forever home. I am finding it quite nice here. It is easier to breathe.

I didn't count calories but the last two days I have been piddling out in the yard and drinking lots of water. You did great as usual!!

Good for you. If I remember correctly you've lost another pound or two? I made a couple of changed and I've lost two pounds from last week. I'm indulging in popcorn tonight. I hope it doesn't take me back
