Fearless

Fear can be inhibiting, it hinders or restrains us from doing things that may or may not result in progress in our lives.
Fear can also save us from making dangerous mistakes. Some people fear growing old, death, living alone, bankruptcy - or simple fears like - spiders, snakes etc.
Two of my main fears are (1) being stuck in an elevator and (2) - being confronted by a wild animal.
I doubt there is anyone who can claim to be completely fearless.
What are some of your fears?

Making a woman angry with me and... hmm... I may have to think about this for a while... Talk with the next person while I try to think of something else that scares me...

@DaddyEvil Sorry, l couldn't help laughing at that line - " l don't date fat men" . But seriously l think she had a vision problem. The poor woman mistook muscle for fat - it was her loss. You were better off without her.

@Kandae11 I never did find out why she said that. I still don't laugh about it. I was in shock for hours after it happened.

I believe being homeless would do me in this time. I fear it as I am not young anymore to handle it.

I'm afraid of violence, anger, temper rages, fighting and people starting a war.

@Kandae11 It's only God's love that does away with hate, inside mankind's heart.

I don't know if this is considered a kind of fear but to he misconstrued or misunderstood when you have good intent can be a real bummer.

I guess making a mistake by selling my house and getting into a situation I really don't enjoy. At the same time, I don't want to miss an opportunity..but I have to have something that will work for me to go to. This is quite a nice and modern house, and everything else I have looked at, is not as nice, or has high fees associated with it, either HOA or condo. I can't move to something I am not happy with though. Also, the dark, mice and rats.

@Kandae11 Well domesticated mice are quite different than wild little rodents in your home.

I understand the kind of fear you would feel about decision making where your home is concerned. It is a big step and naturally you won't want to make a mistake.
I can never understand how people could have mice as pets - but then, some also keep snakes as pets.

I suffer of claustrophobia and I ate being stuck in an elevator (it happened), but this is not my main fear.
My main fear is being buried alive. My Notary has a letter, I want to be cremated, all my relatives know and my husband knows, this thing gives me nightmares.

I have a fear of heights. I am terrified at the top of a ladder.
I have fears of wild animals too.
The dumbest fear I have is eating food that I didn't prepare.

@elmer0421 Sorry to hear that. Even though it wasn't too bad physically , it has left mental scars.

I spent the first 8 years of my life on an island in the huge country of Guyana, South America. So l have met a few wild animals up close, but l was never harmed. Like in the picture posted you're kind of fearless at that age. Ha ha, of course l was never that close to a wild animal , but l have encountered very large snakes - the kind that can swallow you whole- alligators, wild hogs and others.
