Cheesy Egg Bites For Dinner

Egg bites are an easy go to meal to enjoy any time. I fried some bacon, sautéed some onions. Mixed up a few scrambled eggs, then mixed it all together. Poured ingredients in a muffin pan, and covered it all with cheese. And you can add your favorite ingredients. I change it up each time. Depends on the cheese I have on hand. Sometimes no meat, just eggs and cheese. Other times a little bell pepper. Hash browns are also good. Add those to the pan first, then pour the eggs over. So good. A friend makes hers in a large muffin pan and freezes what is leftover. Options are always good. Photo is mine.

Yes it was so easy. And I add whatever I have in the frig. Many times no meat, just omelette ingredients.

@moffittjc A snack for you probably but if you make the bigger ones, and add meat, would be a good meal. This was enjoyed.

I never used to share food and wondered why others did. Now I get it. It is how you learn and get new ideas. After all, we interact with people all over the world. Muffin pans are a must and very inexpensive. I use the cupcake liners to cut back on the mess.
