We had two days in the 90s F last week, but I couldn't swim because those were my two 8 AM to 8 PM work days By the time I got home, I just wanted wine and sleep.
I jammed with my music buddies yesterday and never made it out on my bike.
It was in the 70s F, perfect for cycling.
Today is sunny and cool and my only obligations are laundry, a phone call with a friend, and perhaps getting started on a new/old speaker project.
I'll write more about the speaker project in a separate post.
I'll try to make it out cycling today. No excuses! Please encourage me. Less wine! More cycling!

@DWDavis I canceled my TV service. All I ever watched was sports. Comcast was doing their famous bait and switch thing. I can go to the local sports bar or watch summaries on the internet. Go Warriors. And Giants. Or whatever.

It has been hot here and my right knee had decided to give me more than its share of troubles, I cannot go far but I am determined to find a way to get out and about at least some of the time this summer

This week I won't be exercising. Wednesday I have a doctor's appointment. Nothing serious. Yesterday I wanted to work on my diamond painting. I am almost through with it. I hope Thursday I will get to do some online work.
