There is one dish from South India that has now spread to the global stage. It is called a dosa and is made from rice batter. The batter is fried on a tawa( Skillet) and served with many innovations. The most popular is potato vegetable fried and coconut chutney and special curry.
The dosa is now a universal dish and is available all over the world including in London and Southeast Asia. Many refinements have been perfected and it can be served with minced meat and chicken.
I wonder how many have tasted this dish.

@ihasaquestion good question. One can only get it in a south indian restaurant. I wonder if you have one where you live.

I make dosa and chutney at home frequently. I order it occasionally too.
