More tea less water - A realisation has dawned on me that I have fallen in this bad habit, unknowingly. Perhaps carelessly. It has continued for about six weeks or so. Though I haven't incurred any health issue so far but at the end of the day it's not said to be a healthful habit. And so , from today I have decided to reverse this habit. I have decided to make this resolution - Drink more water and less tea. And it begins today! In the morning, l drank a big tumbler full of water. Before I began writing this discussion I have emptied two such tumblers. Doesn't it happen in our life we fall into some wrong habits, some harmful pitfalls that bring woes and sorrows on us? I'm glad to have reversed "more tea less water " to "more water less tea".

I'd really like to know why bad habits are easier to adopt than good ones.

I used to love eating a lot of sweet stuff. Cakes, chocolates, ice cream and so on. Now I cut down eating them to maintain a healthy blood sugar level.

Drinking more water and less tea is a good habit and has health benefits. You must stick to it. No, I don't remember if I have reversed any such habit. The only thing which I started recently is to say no to fried and junk food.
