I hope that you received your estimate that that it isn't too terrible. We had a big bay window, which as 10 feet across. A seal on one of the panes broke and we had that leakage too, its so hard to see out of the window after that happens. It was a freak accident, birds used to fly into that window often, and that was what caused the seal to break. When I think of all of the hits that window took from soccer balls over the years, and it was just a bird that caused the seal to go. The window replacement would have been $10,000, so instead of doing that we listed the house and sold.
