What Is Your Exercise Routine Like?

Hi guys, What's up in your part of the world? Hope that you guys are doing well and good. In our everyday lives, what do you do to exercise or keep fit? Do you exercise at the gym, and if you do, how many times do you workout per week? And if you don't go to the gym, what is your mode of exercise? Jogging, walking or something else? Please share, thanks a lot.

I take walks everyday with my mom besides that I have a small gym in my house where I workout twice a week.

Hi there. For me, I do walking in the morning and evening. In the morning I also do some dancing exercise and that makes me feel good for the day

My workout routine consists of walking around in circles, lifting my spirits, one-armed coffee cup curls, and a lot of finger exercise on my keyboard. In reality, most of my exercise comes from playing with our Corgi outside helping her get her exercise.

I used to go to gym..But now due to work load I do yoga and jogging in my home..It is because I have to travel a lot for my work..

@ihasaquestion Yes..Because I used to go to gym, but due to work pressure I do yoga..Even my gym trainer also advised me to do so..because of my traveling outside my hometown for work..

I always walk every day for at least 20-30 minutes a day. upon waking up, I do the Nitric Oxide dump which I've known from Dr. Zach on Youtube.

I go for two half hour walks every day. Plus I am very active sharing the yard work with my husband and the housework.

I am from India and I do yoga everyday in the morning. I normally wake up at 4am in the morning for yoga.

Hi! Summer is being very hectic but that is ok. I try to get at least 1/2 hour of exercise at least 3 days a week. That's the goal. Sometimes in reality it's less, but also sometimes more

I began my gym journey, but unfortunately, my demanding work schedule prevents me from becoming a consistent gym enthusiast. Therefore, I seize any opportunity to go for a jog whenever time permits. Sometimes, I find myself yearning for a more conventional job that would better accommodate my fitness aspirations.
