Miss something I don't know

I often wake up at 2 or 3 am. Upon waking up, I feel bad or feel something I am not sure of. This has happened for a long time. I try to go back to sleep but find it difficult. Until now I am still looking for what I have missed. How do you feel when you wake up early in the morning?

If I have enough sleep, I feel okay when I wake up. I do some stretching exercise before breakfast. It appears that you are not getting enough sleep.

I often wake up during the night, I get up, drink some water and go back to sleep. It takes a while but I can sleep for a couple more hours.

Maybe something is bothering you. Try to think of cheerful things, and continue sleeping.

I still remember that playgrounds is the one who almost break my bones lol. as im swinging on the swing. and accidentally lost grip and I literally flew like a angry bird who launched by a slingshot. and I feel hungry and energetic when I woke up at those times.. idk why

Good, then. What happened to me was a very short unwell feeling as if something I don't know has gone. Mixture of sadness and disappointment.

I did have the feeling sometimes. I had posted this topic before.
When I woke up today, I felt sadness without any reason at all. To make it clearer, I am not in a state of depression. I just felt like sad and cannot pinpoint...

I usually fall back asleep until the time l normally get up which is 5 a.m. When l don't feel like going back to sleep l might check mylot.

I do too. The bad feeling only disturbs me when I wake up. Then it disappear as soon as I get up and move around.

Oops. I slept at 2am nowadays. So hot to sleep. And when I woke up, I sometimes sleepy and back to sleep after breakfast.

@yanzalong Not really, nowadays it is so hot I can't sleep. Night time seems a good time to do most works now. Unless it's monsoon season, my time is usual too.

Not all days are the same sometimes I wake up feeling energetic,other times so bored and tired . But I do exercises and even listen to music to get energized

I do jogging listening to my music at 6 am. The feeling I had when I woke up lasted a short while only. I am still trying to find out what the feeling is about.
