Water! Water! Water!

Health benefits of drinking water have convincing effects-- looking at it from cellular level point of view. Most recent research and study ,scientists of 40+ years professional experience and credibility, tell us that we have somewhere between 70 to 100 trillion cells in our bodies. Common sense reasoning tells us that if we have healthy cells, we will have a healthy body. A single, one healthy cell receives all the needed nutrients. Which the happy healthy cell easily kicks out toxins. Each healthy and happy cell recognizes ‘free-radicals’ or toxins in which they do not belong in a healthy happy functioning cell. So, what constitutes a healthy cell?` What is "adequate hydration to make cell water turnover"? More light to shine, here.

@everwonderwhy - I never liked sodas, may be it's because Mom always refused to buy sodas when we grew up, only water.

I so agree !00%. Sodas had painful effects on my joints and muscles. Cell water turnover reverses bad habits to good health. Thank you.

I usually take less water than the required 8 glasses per day ( I guess it is a correct baseline). But reading above benefits in the picture, I think I should fix this soon.

Wise men advice to drink 2 glasses of water as soon as you wake up. They say it's good for internal cleansing, detoxification, & prevent Liver Cancer.
