Which Meal Is More Important For You - Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner?

To me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a nice and nutritious breakfast cheers up my mood to start the day. I usually have eggs (which I really love) and oatmeal with milk, plus a slice of whole wheat toast for breakfast. After the morning walk, I have an apple.
I take a light lunch. Just have noodles, dumplings, sandwiches or salads.
Dinner is also an important meal. Since I eat afternoon snacks, I just cook small portions because I don't want to go to bed with a full stomach. I normally have fish, chicken or pork, plus some vegetables.
What about you? Which meal is more important for you - breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

@Beestring I think so, most doctors suggest that it's better 5 very small meals instead of 3. Dinner is important because our body needs the necessary calories to go through the night.

Breakfast ... partly because 'that's what dieticians say' ",,, with a multitude of health benefits confirmed by science. Starting your day with a well-balanced meal boosts your energy levels, increases productivity, and helps you manage weight or fend off some chronic diseases."
and partly because I'm afraid to eat dinner (that acid reflux drowning me in my sleep
But mostly because a fellow "parishioner" (that's how spell-check spelled it) at Bethany First Church of the Nazarene told me that it's healthier to eat only two meals a day.

What you mentioned are true. But I get used to eating dinner. So I just cook a small portion of food.

All three are important.
Breakfast, you are right, to boost our day. And cheers our mood.
Most of the time I eat less during dinner. And since I work night shift I can have midnight snack but not always.

I always look forward to dinner and it's my favorite meal of the day. I never used to eat breakfast but now I do but it's always something small.

@Beestring I eat all three meals and snacks. Usually my breakfast is small and my lunch medium but I look forward to dinner mostly. In the afternoon I'll have some fruit as my snack and after dinner is when I enjoy something sweet (cookies, cake, ice cream).

I don't eat breakfast, because I just don't feel hungry in the mornings. I usually eat lunch, but nothing special, just a sandwich or salad or something. My favorite (and most important) meal of the day is dinner! My husband is an excellent chef, and I love to eat whatever he whips up in the evening!

No, I really don't. My husband says I should eat breakfast, and he even offers to cook it for me if I get up as early as he does on the weekdays, but the thought of food in the morning just kind of makes me gag. It's probably because I didn't eat breakfast growing up. My mother worked, though we had plenty of breakfast food in the house, and I'd usually be trying to make it to school on time (slept late) and didn't have time to grab breakfast.

@gtdoss I think it's a matter of habit. For me, breakfast or brunch is the most important meal of the day.

Hope you don't have a very late dinner. Otherwise, you sleep with a full stomach which may not be good for digestion.

I think all three are meal of the day are very important.
Having a fulfilling breakfast does help start our day but so is lunch to keep us going through half of the day and dinner through the end of the day as well. Most of the time I eat try to eat less during dinner time.
