Do You Drink Milk? Cow's Milk Or Plant-Based Milk?

I drink cow's milk most of the time. Have soy milk or almond milk occasionally because I find them quite tasty. Cow’s milk is naturally rich in protein, calcium, potassium and B vitamins, vitamin A and D. For plant-based milk, nutritional contents vary depending on the types of milk. Soy milk is the only one that truly compares to cow’s milk in terms of nutrition. Some people drink plant-based milk for its taste or have a lactose intolerance problem. Do you drink milk? Cow's milk or plant-based milk?

No. I have ice-cream, and have plenty of cheese on my food; but my roommate never buys milk & I haven't felt like I've needed it (maybe THAT's the reason I always sprinkle Parmesan on my pizza)

I drink cows.milk and thankfully it suits me fine. I add it to coffee and tea - usually don't drink plain milk. My mom also makes a special concoction with milk, turmeric and pepper that is good for immunity apparently.

@pitstop It's a Chinese dish. Thicken the milk with cornstarch, then deep fried it.

We stopped having milk. I use to take hot milk mixed with jaggery, nutmeg and turmeric for years but since I got married and my husband hates milk I stopped buying it for myself. We now have tea with milk powder. I buy a small carton sometimes if I’m sick or tired to make a good turmeric milk before my bed. I only like cows milk if I have.

Cow's milk is not good for my husband, so I buy goat or sheep milk. I am allergic to soy, this is not a milk we buy.
