Yep, after studying hard, training pretty much every night and working her socks off our grand-daughter, Ruby (13), has gained both her karate black belt and the trophy for ''Student of the Year 2022''. To say that she is pleased is the understatement of the year and to say that the family is pleased is putting it mildly!
We are so proud of her because we know the effort she has put in over the last year or so. With Christmas almost upon us this is a very special gift for all of us and our Christmas celebrations will have a new highlight this year!

@GardenGerty Indeed it will which is part of the reason her parents suggested karate to her but it was her choice to take it up and she is absolutely loving it!
