How do you like your eggs?

For quite some years now, a group of us have been getting together for three or four days each New Year. There used to be eleven but this year there will probably be nine of us. One couple has a lovely holiday home with five bedrooms, all with ensuites so for the last few years we gather there to celebrate our friendship.
Vince cooks breakfast which is usually bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and toast. The eggs are normally fried but of course everyone likes their eggs done differently. Orders come in for easy-over, or sunnyside up, firm white/soft yolk and one lady likes hers, according to Vince, cremated. One year, Vince got tired of all the different orders and made them scrambled eggs.
The photo is of some of the group a few years ago.

Scrambled eggs work fine for me. (I usually add ground beef or chicken to my scrambled eggs along with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms... )
I hope you all have a lovely time.

@JudyEv You're welcome. I love omelets but can't get them to flip, so end up scrambling them.

I like my eggs cooked, though when I was a kid I did like me a raw egg once in a while...

@JudyEv I ate raw eggs a few times as a child/ teenager too, sometimes I just felt like one. I beat it and added a bit of grated cheese. Not something I have done since although some things are made with raw eggs (such as tiramisu, which I just made!)

I like my eggs cooked, any way but cold and slimy. I don't care for eggs scrambled, ordinarily.

@kobesbuddy I sometimes soft-boil them then spoon the innards into a bowl, chop it up a bit and eat it with toast.

@LindaOHio Devilled eggs are good but the smell goes right through the fridge unless you cover them well.

I remember this photo Judy..tis a beauty of you all.
Well, it varies, but usually for ease I just scramble them.
I would say my favorite though is the boiled egg.

@RebeccasFarm I didn't know them as 'soldiers' until I married. How 'bout that?

I have to be careful because I have an egg allergy, so I usually just eat the whites…scrambled (about the only way you can make ‘em). With hash browns or potatoes and peppers and onions!

Generally speaking, scrambled and omelets are how I have them 99% of the time. But I like them poached, hard boiled, fried sunny side up...all sorts of ways. But I would have to agree making a lot of different varieties for a large group would be less than desirable.

The breakfast cooked by Vince sounds yummy. I love eggs, cooked in whatever way, except sunnyside up because I heard that eggs not well done may have Salmonella bacteria.

A lovely photo with a beautiful background. I love boiled egg curry, omelet and scrambled eggs. Today I had the vegan double omelet. An omelet prepared with vegetables.

I can understand that he got tired of having to make different orders of eggs that he decided to just make scrambled eggs. I have not had an omelette in ages and lately I have been making hard boiled eggs and sometimes I would make deviled ones. I have not done fried egg yet. I have thought of making a fried egg but have not yet.
