Many wouldn't consider this as the best day for a birthday, it is not the first time that I celebrate my birthday on a Friday the 13th, for me it is just a happy day 
Later I will have a dinner at my parents', my husband bring the cake
Picture of a perfume a good friend gave me. I love this brand, my friend knows me well. I didn't know this scent but I like it a lot.
The day was beautiful, sunny and warm and it looks like it is spring. So good!

My own birthday is Tuesday, but I don't think there will be a celebration of any kind this year. It falls during the week, and I imagine we will celebrate at a later date. It's always good to get to spend time with loved ones, you are right.

Oh I just came across this post.
Belated Happy Birthday wishes to you.
While we do not have any issues with the combination of Friday and 13th.
Yet there are people and areas that have associated superstitions with the number 13.
Our flat and many others do not have 13th floor.
14 comes after 12.
In some cities, there is no sector 13.
Then, some areas do not have any house numbered 13.
But in general, nobody talks too much about 13.
Anyways have a nice Friday.

Wishing you a very happy birthday. Had you been in India you would have been called Goddess Lakshmi as 13th January is observed as Lakshmi puja before the Makar Sankranti which is on 14th January.
