Potted plants, potted plants and even more potted plants

The photo show two areas of our house-sit and some of the pot plants within it. In front of the TV are just some of the 35 pots that I have counted in the kitchen/dining/lounge area. There are also about six or eight plants that are growing in containers of water.
This house has a lot of simple wooden furniture too. One distressed piece can be seen in the top photo. Some of the lady’s awards can be seen on the wall above. She is an endurance rider and a very successful one.

@JudyEv I’m sure she is enjoying every single plant. Mine kept multiplying, so when we moved, I took them all out of my screened in porch and from the living room, etc. and gave them to friends and to my father. Now, I only grow herbs and cacti in my window garden. I’m too afraid of ruining the wood floors in my house.

Wow! Looks beautiful. You must have a good green thumb. I like the furnishings in the area with the hearty looking plants. I'm not much of a green thumb but I enjoy my Zugo cactus which doesn't need much watering and little sunlight. It sprouts maybe bi annually. And it's pretty when it does

It appears that she enjoys adding plants to her home. On the top shot, there is only one withered plant. I'm not sure if it needs to be worked on or if it simply needs to be placed in a sunny location to be able to regain its leaves. Overall, having a room full with plants is pleasant.

Bringing the outdoors indoors! Actually, I’ve read that having several plants in the house helps with clean air and emotional wellbeing.

It's a lovely home and the plants make it seem well-loved.
Are there potted plants in other rooms, too?

@DaddyEvil They have indeed. I'll need to check them tomorrow and water any that seem a bit dry.

I remember when I used to do well with plants, but it has been a while. Love her distressed furniture.

Perhaps some time in the future you'll have a bit more time to look after plants. Some of the furniture is quite basic but I'm sure it's from choice.

@allknowing Yes, we'd come back tomorrow. None of it is hard work and, as long as her birds and horses don't run out of water, she doesn't mind if the plants die. But I'm happy that I won't lose any.

They do have alot of plants.
I had alot of plants at our home in the rural village.
I had alot that grew large and had to be separated into smaller containers, it took a long time for me to water, but we had the cleanest indoor air of any home we have ever lived in.

@JudyEv I enjoy it also, but I have less space in our current home so have to keep a lower number of plants. I did bring in a couple of geraniums last fall, just to see if I can revive them in February and then put them back out to bloom in the spring. One of the plants appeared to be frozen when I brought it in, but it has rallied and has green leaves on it, but it is covered by a paper bag to keep it dormant.

every time I plant mango seeds it always fails. because there are many small children around the house and they disturb it like pouring soapy water and cutting the branches. that's why I stop planting plants.

@JudyEv but if the child has grown up maybe there is no problem anymore.
