How does it feel to be sluggish?

I've been sluggish all day because of my own laziness. Would you blame me? Today is my day off. I am therefore relishing my entire day of inactivity. This post of mine was a labor of love for me to compose. Personally, I believe that having these feelings is normal. I also blame the hot weather for making me drowsy, which is why I slept all day.
Have you ever been a couch potato?

That is a "normal" way to feel on your days off work... When I still worked, there were days I wouldn't get out of bed... Pretty would harass me until I got up, got dressed and took her shopping or helped her with something in the house...
I hope you're enjoying your time off.

I try not to be. But even I have my days where I feel drained and over all miserable. So, I can understand.

@Shavkat My doctor says the same thing. And I ignore him. Doctors, at least the ones I've delt with, can't be bothered to get to know me and actually listen. There's a fine line between doing something that's healthy and doing something that could be dangerous. I have cerbal palsy, and while I can stand up and "walk" I can only do it for short periods of time. I will either tire quickly, or I won't feel the warning signs I've done to much and my leg will give out. It's technically paralized.

It is your day off so enjoy it however you want to. I have my days when I don't feel like doing anything. I just do what I want to do and then I will think of something that kind of needs to be done so I do it. Then I go back to being lazy until I decide to get something else done. That goes on all day but I am only doing the things that I want to do.

Oh sure, and there is nothing wrong with taking a day off everything to relax once in a while.

I felt that days ago and I need to work. I don't want to sign documents, I don't want to talk about work and I only want to talk about rumors lol. But if that's the way I felt good I did it.
