It’s Time for Bed

I hope all my Mylot friends had a good day. It’s eleven o’clock and I’ll be going to bed in a few minutes. It was a rainy day again. I finally went out for my walk when the rain slackened carrying my trusty umbrella. It kept me dry enough and I got my eight thousand steps in one walk. It usually takes two walks. I hope you all had a good day rain or shine and have enjoyed communicating on Mylot. I always enjoy my time here reading your discussions and comments. Now it’s bedtime and I’ll say good night. I hope you all sleep well tonight. See you tomorrow if nothing breaks bigger than a frog hair.

I did. I took a night shower and I´m mylotting in bed war and cozy. I had a cheese melted sandwich as dinner and that was it.

I’ve said for a long time, I think mylot grows into an addiction. If I don’t come on mylot , it doesn’t feel right.

After about 10 straight days of heavy torrential rains, we finally have a sunny day here on this Saturday. Now that the sun is shining, the grass is going to grow like crazy from all the rain. I feel sorry for all the lawn maintenance guys who are going to now be overwhelmed! haha I have a big meadow behind my house that is a giant lake right now from all the rain. I told my daughter yesterday that I was going to go fishing this weekend in our new lake.

@RubyHawk From experience of previous years, when that meadow fills up with water it actually stays in "lake" form for a month or two before finally receding. So I've got plenty of time to fish; the longer I wait, the bigger the fish will get! lol

@RubyHawk I am glad you were able to get your 8,000 steps in one walk. I am also glad you were able to get your walk in too. I wish I could sleep throughout the night but duty calls so have to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom a few times a night.

@RubyHawk There were times I used to be able to sleep the whole night but nowadays I have to get up several times and go to the bathroom. I have also flipped and flopped too.

I am headed to bed as well. Working on my coursework and chained to the computer most of the day. I did cook a whole chicken in the crock pot for meals for tomorrow. Until I get this training done I am afraid I will not be doing much.
