I don't, for me Friday the 13th is just another day, in fact, I was born on the 13th and I have celebrated my birthday on a Friday several times. I never felt like it was an unlucky day for me.
Many people have some superstitions and extra care on this day, they feel that something bad could happen.
I confess that I haven't yet bothered to research the reason for these beliefs, but I'm sure something terrible happened on Friday the 13th that gave rise to superstitions surrounding this date.
Does anyone know what is behind this fear? do you have superstitions?

I don't have superstitions, my Mother was born on the 13th and she was a lucky woman.
Many different reasons are mentioned about the origin of this superstition. The most common is the association with the Last Supper, where there were 13 people including Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus.

I know that in many religions around the world, numbers have/had significant connotations. Thirteen was always considered an imperfect number, and therefore was considered bad, evil or unlucky. But 13 has always been a lucky number for me, it's the number I have always worn on my jerseys of every sports team I have ever played on. So I always enjoy Friday the 13th as a lucky day for me. In fact, I had an amazing day yesterday on Friday the 13th!

I give a quick dive into why 13 is seen as an unlucky number in some cultures having to do with bad/omens of things. Just like black cats can be seen as bad because they are known to be creatures of magic associated with witches and the devil. Like number 66 is seen as bad since 3's are seen as holy in some religions but not all. A lot date back to religious beliefs or ideology some date back to green mythology or Wicca.
As for if I believe in the 13th of Friday being bad no. I'm not that superstitious but there are some things I like staying away from mainly things like mirrors facing each other. Different ways to call on spirits to talk to you. I don't buy things that say they are haunted or dolls found in thrift stores or antique shops.

I also don't buy those dolls, they are scary and I always image them in a horror movie.

I'm not superstitious but my grandmother was She had so many superstitions and I wish I had asked her where they all came from. It isn't until now that it sees odd to me that she was superstitious and I just accepted it as part of her personality when I was growing up.
