Charity Shop Constipation.

This is a condition that my husband swears I suffer from. Or rather, I have it and he suffers from it. He says I cannot pass a charity shop (thrift store/op shop). He said this exact thing to me as we went in to a local one for a quick look. I found four egg coddlers for £4.99, proper Royal Worcester ones in perfect condition. I might have Charity Shop Constipation but I do find some useful bargains! Anyone else found a particularly good thing in a Charity shop recently?

I always find excellent things in the one owned by the church. I found boots for 2.00 and a purse for the same. Where else could you find that?

I haven't been in a charity shop in decades. I can't get around much; so I spend a lot of time at home. Hope you have a great day.

I might be very close to having the same condition . I love thrift shops. I love them particularly on certain sale days - one can find some serious deals! I found 2 little bowls - boxed and new - got it for $2!

@karenanne My wife said recently that everything was wearing (apart from what she wouldn’t buy second hand) was from a charity shop. I congratulated her but then started to wonder if this was a criticism aimed at an under generous husband. I left it well alone.

What I usually buy at a charity shop are baseball caps and tee shirts for me to wear.
