Kaz I do take cod liver oil, also vitamin D and magnesium. The doctor told me to take vitamin D and because you absorb it better with fat and magnesium I take the others. I also try to eat oily fish every week, usually mackerel or sardines.

Kaz @lazydaizee always best to start with a small thing for your first patchwork. A quilt is a lot of sewing! Bags, cushion covers, lap quilts are quicker to make so you don't get fed up before you finish.
