What a painful day

Hello everyone hope you are doing good. But am not, I did had a terrible day. When there was a rain I fall down while I was going to open the door for someone rang the bell. The fall was painful, I fall on my back and now it’s hurting me so badly and i did put ointment to relieve my back and now couple of days had passed but the pain still there but it get less than when happened
