Yes, this past three years while in the pandemic days, I managed to change my lifestyle. How? Read my story and why I changed just to share and maybe a lesson to everyone who can read this.
Since the pandemic days and needed a vaccine I was qualified to have one on the list and when I was on the evaluation time my BP spiked so high and needed to rest so I could get the vaccine. I'm sad that ever since I know that I don't have a problem with my Blood pressure. After that, I started to think about and research some ways to change my lifestyle to have better health. So I joined some groups that are helping how to lose weight simply without stress and no heavy exercise needed. I joined the Low Carb group and it's very helpful for me now I'm already in my 3yrs counting. I am proud of myself for losing 20 pounds and now I'm just maintaining it. No high carbs no more body pain and the best thing is that I can eat as much as I can without worrying that I will gain weight again. My BP is normal like a 30-year-old only hahahaha. I'm just happy to share it with you.

I also found out that I was on the borderline of hypertension during the pandemic. It occurred during the first dose of vaccine. I tried to lessen my food intake to decrease it. As of this year, I also decided to do some cardio exercise and lessen my carbs. It has been more than three weeks, and I can feel the changes now.
