It's been months since I got sick. Since these past months the temperature here in the Philippines is quite cold. I have asthma and because of cold weather it's been difficult for me to adjust to the cold climate, and sometimes it's too hot. Our weather nowadays is very unpredictable. I have coughs and colds since December, I am so lucky that my boss is my friend and I can just tell her that I can't go to work because I am still now feeling well.

Being sick is no fun at all, and it sure messes up the things we know we need to do. Hopefully, you will feel better, and be able to steadily get back to work. I’m glad you have an understanding boss.

I am sorry to hear that. Perhaps having some mild exercises in daytime and it will be helpful to sleep better at night. I hope you will get well soon.

Thank u,i have restless nights because I can't breathe well. All I can do is to elevate my pillow for me to breathe well.
