A rhyme! This was an unplanned casserole, I was planning on making mini-meatloaf bacon wraps but I forgot a very important ingredient at the store - pork panko. I don’t know if my mind goes blank or what. It’s a very forgetful mind for only being 31. So anyway I just used what I had and made this last-minute Double Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole. I was hoping the bacon would crisp up in the oven, and it most certainly did. :)) It tastes like a huge bacon double cheeseburger without the bun. So yes, it’s naked. Yayy My uncle put some on a bun, WHICH BREAKS EVERY CARNIVORE RULE IN THE BOOK, but that’s his choice and I’m not here to judge. What did everyone have for lunch? Or are you still fixin to have lunch.. This turned out great even though yes, I know the baking pan is too big, but again, this wasn’t planned. Sometimes the best casseroles are created last-minute when you have no choice but to just wing it. Ok I’m off to work cuz I need to start a new (fake) Twitter account because of course things went awry with the first one. I don’t wanna talk about it. Just need to start over. There’s nothing wrong with starting over. Would you eat this on a bun? Or go naked with it, like I did.. Please share Thurs.
