Well Boy Howdy! The Northern Lights were visible in the San Francisco Bay Area last night! So why am I posting a photo of my horse?

I went out several times during the night. They were there, very faint and only white. Now I put an App in my phone that is supposed to alert me. So maybe I'll get to see them.

I think I'm on the wrong coast for that.

I may peak out and see if I can see them. I heard yesterday they were visible in Arkansas, so maybe--just maybe I will get lucky!!

We live too south to see the Northern Lights, but I have seen the photos from north of Switzerland, amazing!

I am kinda glad you think of Amber. They have many other ways to compensate us. We don't mind feeding them, but when we feed another person, we think..why this two legged creature is not working. LOL

Nope never saw no Northern Lights

I did last night and got amazing photos. Going out again tonight. Been going out looking at the sky off and on until I know it's time to go sit and stare taking a million and two photos.

Our son sent us photos of the lights from Ireland. He had to leave the camera on time exposure to get the photos he did but they did look nice.

I went out to look last night (just in my neighborhood). I definitely saw a bit of a flicker, but nothing like the amazing pictures that my friends posted. Too much light pollution where I live, I guess, and also not that clear out.

No but did you see them? Most animals are better than people. I'm sorry your horse is gone.

One of my dreams is to live in a farm very soon and of course, that includes having a horse and some domesticated animals.
