That's great. I'm holding at around 224 which is my lowest weight. I am not sure where George stands, but I'm concerned it's under 100. I hope not, that's a setback we don't really need. But, this heat has been kicking us in the butt so I shouldn't be surprised.

I do not keep records of meals and exercise, only blood sugar and now weight. My weight has been slowly, if incrementally going down since I am back at work. I have also reduced the occasions that I treat myself with unhealthy treats. However my blood sugar is going up, without any apparent reason. It likely is the statin, but it also goes up when I have an infection, and I have an upper respiratory thing going on, which is also a side effect of the statin.

I'm sorry your blood sugar is going up. I hope it comes back down. I'm glad you're losing weight now that you're back to work.

So far being I just went to the dr the other day my health is looking really good
my weight is in the 150 mark where I like to keep it, my BP is a little low, my sugar
level is some what getting better, she fitted me with a device that alerts me when
it's too high or too low without having to poke my fingers ever so often during the
day, she took a Blood test for some other stuff she want's to check on, but I won't
get any info for another week or so on it, I like the sugar device I'm on cause I can
be alerted any time of day I just have to have the device with me at ALL times.
So I have to say that things are really shaping up with my health after a yr being
out of the hosp, she told me that she may be taking me off some of the meds I'm
om, so that makes me happy to hear, I'll know more when I get the Blood test back.
The only thing is I still have to be careful working & over doing it cause I get light
headed, & can't do a lot at 1 time, it's like I work for 30 mins & have to stop for a
hr where I can't get a lot done like I use to, but it is what it is, a little here & there.

@just4him When this new life of mine started after getting out of the hosp
I thought for sure that it was going to be something that could go either
way good or bad & not knowing everything I do now I'm blessed it's going
in the right direction better than I thought it ever would.
