Monday Brief and Sunday Update

Good afternoon from hot, steamy Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. The computer says 88 F. My phone says 87 F and feels like 95 F. It's bad out there. I have the A/C on.
Yesterday was the church picnic after church. The food was good. I didn't count calories. I weighed myself before I put my suit on this morning to see the damage and told myself I needed to work off two pounds.
This morning I was up at 3:15. I spent 50 minutes doing laps, 10 minutes circular water walking, and 45 minutes on the fitness track. I had all my steps before I left the Kroc Center. I'm almost to 10K. I took Ibuprofen when I got home.
I'm watching Sammy this morning while my friend gets her food shopping done.
Yes, I got rid of those two pounds in the pool and on the fitness track. I even lost an ounce more than my lowest last week, so I'm doing well today.
Other than that, I'll try to get the notifications done. I also want to work on a book. I have flyers to put up for a going away potluck for my friend. She also invited me to go out for a ride with her later. She has a fabulous convertible.

That rock was really colorful. Some aggravation at the real estate office, but mostly with the mortgage company. It is somewhat resolved I guess, or as good as it's going to get

It's been a hot one. George was a bit more active this morning, and wanted me to do some shopping. He requested hamburger, so I'll see if he asks me for it. We'll see. Last night he ate hot dogs, so he tried. He stepped on the scale too and is up to 103.8 h his highest weight since his hospitalization.

Looks like we had a better weather here.
It got a bit warmer yesterday yet it was a rainy day again.
Pleasant winds were blowing when I went down for a walk in the evening.
That is a really nicely made Kingfisher rock.
You possess a great discipline in keeping your weight under control.

My day is going okay since my relatives and myself are waiting for the landlord to give our home an inspection either this afternoon or tomorrow morning.
