Last Conversation.

Since the beginning of this year l have not been here continuously - gaps inbetween - however recently l have managed to pick up the pace and noticed that a few regulars are missing.
So l came here this morning to ask if anyone heard from mylotters : CarolDM, Great Martin, Darcy Nemo, Dianne N and Ruby Hawk.
However, as l was scrolling through posts - my usual routine before posting - l was shocked and saddened to read that Kharla had passed on. I recall how happy and excited she was about the new house she and husband Jay were planning.
In fact my last conversation with her was about the color scheme for the house. This is so sad. R.I.P Kharla.

The last I heard from Ruby she had fallen, been in the hospital, and was being taken care of by her son. But then two days later she posted the same thing, like she had forgotten she previously posted it. I don’t know anything else but that, and I have thought of her often.
DianneN pops in, and others who have talked to her offline say she is fine, just busy.

I received an email from Carol DM just before her last post on the site regarding Brendel.
She was grieving and I have not touched base with her since replying to her when she advised me of Brendel.
I miss Ruby Hawk, as well as Kharla.
Kharla was a regular as I like to refer to, and was here often, and therefore touched many many members of the site.
And she was so very personable and upbeat, for that, and a thousand other reasons, she will be greatly missed.
My thoughts are with her family.

I see that Amber has answered. I would add though that Great Martin unfortunately has passed away Carol DM doesn't post on here now, but I think some members may still talk to her

That's so sad to hear. I heard about it first from another blogger here yesterday.
Actually I am looking for Coral Levang, I just don't know if I remember her name correctly. You, Coral, Stacey, Judy Story, and the one with profile pic that her late husband like, and the one with the parrot profile pic, and I think Alvin with a t-shirt profile pic are the few that I can still remember here, and the young lady who have black eye glasses who babysit and write at the same time.
I hope everyone is ok, even Rebel Woman I miss her she is one of those I first interact with here in mylot.

Well, Kharla was a really big shocker for me. I know there is a reason why she had to go to her heavenly home instead of having her new home on Earth that kind of faith will never change for me. I also know she has Kobe by her side now. Great Martin had problems near the end and was hospitalized and I was so sad to know he was not going to have another Leap Year birthday he so looked forward to them, I miss his posts here, CarolDM lost her precious cat Brendle and since telling us this has not been online,

I have been here for 4 months and Kharla's demise was shellshocker for me. I have not noticed yet anyone not posting for long. Did see a few taking gaps which is fine. Have not heard any other news so far .But again, I am just newbie in a way since I am just 4 months old in Mylot. It would take all of us take time to recover from what happened to Kharla. Well, we should definitely have a mechanism to keep a check on all who is there in the mylot universe. Not sure, how we could get it touch with admin for the same and see the possibilities.
