Winning prizes contest - gave up from one. What are your experiences, mylotters?

I didn't want to but i had to. The winning prize involved collecting paper receipts and scanning them in the app that our tax agency organised just, there were and still are so many foolish rules. Like, you can't scan or write in the receipt from the same store twice or more times a day, you can do that only once a day so ,that means that second or third receipt will have to be registered the next day. If you try registering it more times, you can be disqualified. Then, they will choose a winner with the most receipts; i mean, how come we know s/he collected this and that and when winners from the first round were published, they didn't write how many receipts people collected, hm. Also, if the round was in September, all receipts must be from September and the last one is a circle with a question mark next to the number of receipts, which means it could be that number or less, according to the tax agency so, yes, i gave up. I liked collecting the receipts but i feel this is not a game for me. P.s. In the middle of it all, i found this lovely song. Chinese Mandarin songs really suit my soul.
