Good Morning 9/5

Yesterday, despite aggravation with getting these insurance policies straightened out, overall was a pretty decent day. However, today is not starting very well. They had sent over a PDF form for me to sign. I downloaded it, but of course it is not allowing me to electronically sign. I tried to get in touch with the agent this morning..but I guess they may not be in yet. Sigh! I will be in the city today, but not really in that area. Not super far away though, I could go if I needed to. That area where one of their offices is is really lovely..I like to drive through there. Hopefully, though she will be in soon and we can figure out the difficulty. I tried it with two different devices.

Electronic signatures don't always work, hope you are able to solve this.

I went in person while I was in the city which was another unbelievable hassle. I should have done it in the local office. They are actually friendly and have a clue.

Pdf files does not allow you to edit or attached something to it. You have to convert it to attach your e-signature I hope everything works out for you

Nobody told me that, and most documents people send they say you can sign work fine.

What I really hate and all companies have the same message we have higher than normal call volume..and you will have to wait or words to that effect. How about hire more staff and spare people your excuses?

Vince had trouble booking into the hospital electronically. Eventually he was able to talk to a person and got it sorted. But it took three times as long as it should have.

I feel your frustration. I have had to make several calls this week to "fix" things. I hate those calls. Hope you have a good weekend.

Although it seems like things are on the right track now. I will at least gave to check next week and make sure. Probably not done with the phone calls yet, but am taking a break.

Hope you got the things resolved. Electronic sign do not work at times as it checks the adobe version plus the Javascripts . It is always better to finish the signing ups wheile we are at the bank or similar locations rather than taking at home . In your case, it was rather unfortunate. However, you got the insurance policies straigthened out . Thats not an easy task . I still have to go to the local branch to sort my insurance papers. I have not found time for same , plus I would be moving to a different insurance provider within an year. You have a great day and weekend!

Amber, you don't know the half of it. I think I am in pretty good shape now, but who knows? Seems like a bunch of clowns that work in these agencies.

Sounds like a lot of complication full clearance. Sometimes such Financial matters can be tricky and take time. Hopefully things get sorted out for you soon.

Hope you get the whole electronic signature thing figured out without too much hassle. Getting stuck on hold waiting for someone to pick up the phone is a huge pain.
