Hi, everyone, I have been busy recently, I don't have time to come here, I feel sorry, now the working time is 12 hours a day, which makes me nervous outside of work every day, I feel insufficient sleep every day, which makes me feel tired. This busy life

@zhangxueying ,I advise you leave the company,i dare say a company which request employees to work 12hours is a terrible company,the boss was highly exploiting employees.try best to find another better company,I worked in small private company before,i deep know how terrible the private boss is.

@jefferson126 I regret choosing the factory, many of these factories are 12 hours, there are a thousand people here, some have worked here for more than 10 years, and 20 years. A lot of people even retire here.

Ha ha, I said goodbye to this job in February of this year, apparently the 12 hour double shift was harder than prison.

Yes, our base pay is the government-mandated minimum wage of 8 hours a day, overtime pay is 1.5 times the regular pay, and weekend pay is twice the regular pay. I worked 120 to 130 hours of overtime a month, which seriously exceeded the labor law
