I heard this on the news, so I looked it up. Evidently he really did! How could you not feel it or how did a doctor never find it?
Just thought it was a crazy tale, but it's a true crazy tale!

It's hard to believe that anyone could have that up their nose for so many years without major problems!

Such news come as a shock. I read a long time back about a little girl who survived with a bullet in her head( near the ears) for almost 6 years, till it was found and operated. I read the article in Reader's Digest.

@MarieCoyle Yes, we have heard and known of few cases like that.

My Dad and Grandfather had an Army friend who had a small piece of shrapnel lodged very close to his spine. Surgeons feared he wouldn't walk if they took it out, so it stayed there for years until he passed away from old age.

It seems wild but as far as I can tell, it’s a true story. Just nuts!

They said it was small, but I’m rather surprised it didn’t cause problems in all of that time, and infections.

@MarieCoyle I know those little dot legos . . . I would think it'd still be too big for a child's nostril, but I guess he must've really shoved it in there .

He really must have shoved it very far, since it was up there for over 25 years!

Haha, never thought of that. I have heard of kids swallowing Legos, but never have thought about someone stuffing one up their nose.

That is a pretty crazy story especially that it was stuck for so many years.
When my grandson was little he stuck a puzzle piece up his nose and needed surgery to remove it. Kids are crazy

A friend of mine had a daughter who put a tiny Barbie shoe in her ear--way, way in her ear. They had to put her to sleep to get the little shoe out.
Kids do the unexpected! Not always good, either.

@MarieCoyle You would have thought it would have caused a bit of a problem sometime in its life.

When I was little, we played jacks. My sister left hers on the floor one time, and my grandmother stepped on them and oh, was she ever in trouble! Just as bad or worse than Legos!

I would think the body would react to a foreign object, but evidently not in this case.

Crazy, but evidently true. I was in disbelief, so I searched out the info. Like you said, really hard to believe.

I think this Guy is ignoring it for a long time, until someone discover that there is a Lego stuck on his nose. Sad to say, it took 25 years to find it.
