Flowery weeds look pretty, but are dangerous.

Pretty weed flowers

With a lot of rains in the last month, the lawn is starting to get some weeds growing inbetween the grass. This often chokes the growth of the grass. Some of the weeds have pretty flowers, but don't get fooled - they are as dangerous to the lawn as the weeds!

we didn't get a lot of rain this year & what yard we have it's easy to whack out the weeds with the weed eater but when it comes to my Garden then I make SURE no weeds gets in them for me to pull out when they pop up.

@pitstop The one in the picture looks like a dandelion and all parts of it are safe. I made jelly with the flowers this year and it tastes like honey

They might be weeds but in Latvia when I had a garden and dandelions came up they made a delicious salad,

Weeds like to grow in lawns. I often see people out weeding their lawns.

They are not good for the grass and lawns. I don't think they are poisonous or harmful to humans.
