I´m back from the doctor.

I bought some nuts on my way back and I´m munching nuts while I wait for the vet.
I found a new pair of pants in my closet and decided to wear them. When I started to button the waist, I discovered that the garment had shrunk while in the clothes hanger 
. So I accepted when the doctor suggested again some exercises and therapy.
It seems that today I will not have lunch. But as soon as Karla checks on Luna and leaves, I´ll make a nice omelette with part of the leftover rice I have. But that will have to be for dinner.
How is your day so far? Here the sun has been chillier than yesterday and the weatherman says that it will rain during the weekend. I don´t mind much as I am going nowhere. See you, friends.

It's still hot here in Korea. I am up pretty early today to watch several webinars as requirements for the renewal of my teacher's license. Today is Thanksgiving Day, I want to finish one webinar, evaluation, and assessment before every one is up. Yesterday, I spent the day with my husband and daughter.

Yes. The only original thing is that I found those pasnts in the closet. Now I will have to start a diet.

I´ll start taking out some winter clothes. Warm days are coming so I´ll sort which clothes I´ll give away and which ones I´ll keep until next winter.

@marguicha I did that again this past spring because my summer clothes were just too big. I just mostly made do with what still fit. Later this week I hope to go through the winter clothes and figure out what’s not possible for me to wear. I like to layer shirts and sweaters in the winter so I need more clothing.

I know I don´t remember when I bought that pair of pants but they are beautiful. So I will have to stop eating cakes for a while.

I will. I will not buy cakes for some time. Normal food in the amounts I eat don´t make me put on weight. It is the cake.

It has been a lovely day here. I spent the afternoon in the garden because for months I haven't been able to do anything, it's either been too wet (clay soil like thick glue) or too dry (clay soil like concrete). Serious remedial work needed!
