Wayne Socha who is a resident of Monrovia California witnessed a bear who decided to enter a kiddie pool on Friday September 6to cool off during a hot summer day. A bear would make a big splash; maybe a lot of water was pushed out, but l am sure that was one happy bear, to have a free bath like that.
