Waking up early is a powerful tool when it comes to time management. We have more time for ourselves, we can work on the things we need before the rush hour and busy life takes place. We also at times get the liberty to do things at our pace. It has been practice of mine to wake up little early since there is less distractions. I can plan for the day and prioritize tasks for the day. I tend to make less mistakes and not rush into things. It helps me to start the day by getting that feeling of having accomplished something. I have spoken about this habit to most people I knew and its benefits. However, yesterday a relative remarked that it all boils down to lifestyle and personal habits when it comes to time management. She remarked that even if people woke up early, does not mean anything unless there was proper discipline around time management. I agree to the argument, however I have not seen any who after waking up early does not utilize the day properly (Does not mean I am right). So does waking up early helped you to do better time management?

I agree with your relative. I wake up early every day but there are days when I'm just not that productive. It's true that our lifestyle and personal habits contribute to how we actually manage our time. In my case, I am busy from 5 a.m. until about 8 a.m. Then I'd go on siestas and leave the chores for a while. I'd start doing important tasks again at around 10 a.m. I waste my time watching K dramas and surfing through Instagram and Pinterest posts.
