..for sale. But..but..and isn't there always a but.. It is located very close to not one, but two cemeteries. Would that bother you? Picture it..imagine it.. Out in the Ozarks, in the night, in the very dark night with no street lights and if it is cloudy with no moon seen, and Bigfoot to worry about..and then ghosties from the cemeteries... And hillbilly meanies possibly..with no good intent on a random night's work. What do you think? How good would I sleep? Um, I don't think so.

I don't think it would worry me although you do paint a bit of a scary picture.

I'd imagine one would have some some cool, spooky stories to tell living there! I think I would be scared most about any human meanies that could be around .

I do not see any reason to walk around there in the pitch dark of the night

It wouldn't bother me because I have a sixth sense and some of the spirits may come visit me so I would be busy, Plus I could just imagine the stories I could come up with, As long as there are stores nearby and the hillbillies occasionally bring me some moonshine,

Good question! Around here I'd not worry about it, but in the deep sticks another thought all together

A house near Cemetaries would be like buying a haunted house where someone was murdered. Lots of restless spirits around. I say no to that one.

I mean, why not? If you’re comfortable with the surroundings, being near cemeteries shouldn’t be a deal-breaker. It might even offer more peace and quiet than other locations. What really matters when buying a lot is the location, safety, accessibility, and potential for future development. You also want to consider things like neighborhood growth, nearby amenities, and the overall vibe of the community. If all those factors line up, it could still be a smart investment, even with the spooky neighbors hahaha
