Mindless watching is often dismissed as a waste of time. This frivolous activity till today morning was something I never saw any benefits. Either you watch something with interest or not. All until today!
In an office discussion, it came up most are doing mindless watching and they see this as much needed escape from stress of work and daily life. Some are even doing mindless watching with family to strengthen the family bonds!
Few of the fresh employees do mindless watching on OTT just to enjoy guilt free leisure time as well feel total disconnection from the demanding world.
Exercising, reading and perhaps writing were seen for me to relive stress, but I am adding mindless watching into that list for stress relief.
Do you do mindless watching for stress relief or for any other benefits?

I can't really say mindless watching when it comes to our family bonding, because we all learned from it, the moral lesson somehow add value to the family relationship, and the time we spend really make our family bond stronger.
As for social media mindless watching... this is me! Lol! Yes, it really release stress, sometimes I just watch variety shows that really makes me laugh, and it really help me to cheer up my day, it really helps.

The subconscious absorbs a lot of information when we're mindlessly watching. I even believe you can learn a new skill by watching people do it over and over.
At least that is how I think I became better at drawing.
