Internet Is Acting Up.

Our internet has been acting up today. It is twice now that we lost the signal and need to reboot it. After a while, the signal will be back again. I am trying to call customer service, of course, what can I expect, long queue, long waiting time, high volumes of calls and viola I am disconnected. I am trying to connect to their FB messenger but it stops messaging me.
For now, the internet is restored and I hope it will stay that way for the day.

I totally can understand how you were feeling,becuase our network also work on and off,sometimes,we need wait long to send a e-mail.hope your network keep stable all the time.

My provider is Globe and so far no problem. At work we have a government system wifi free for all which used to have an excellent signal but lately it is not working efficiently.

Good the internet is restored for now.
Luckily I have other people at home that will contact customer service if needed, but I know it's never easy. Random bouts of "red light" aren't so uncommon at my place, but it usually fixes itself after a few hours.

I hope everything is okay with your internet now. I am glad that during the Typhoon our internet are not affected, because if not, it will be a very draining day, Converge is not really easy to contact, and they don't have a 24/7 hot line, and they don't have offices on weekends.

Hope they resolved the problem and you don't have any more issues today. It's so annoying when that happens and you can't even get a phone call through to customer service.

We are seeing your discussion here means you have restored your internet connection No wonder. This happens in every part of the world and this is not new. The only thing that matters is how long the disruption is, and how good your connectivity is. If it's a one-off problem, then it is okay. It happens. But if it's happening regularly, then it is something to look into.
