For my bruised body after the massage, yesterday and today, i kept on getting sorry messages from the discount site where i bought this offer. You know, i asked for a refund. I get it yesterday, it was a holiday but today, from 8a.m. till the evening, nothing.
They tried, they tried to contact the partner is all i've been hearing. I sent them photos of my bruised body, what's wrong with them. I'm having hard time looking at it and them, nothing, like it's all normal.
They will first contact the partner. Where is humanity going? If i bleeded, what then? They disgust me.
I'll never, till i'm alive, buy anything on that site. If i had money and laywer, i could sue them. And right now, i contacted the partner for lame 10euros and if i don't get anything tomorrow, any info or money, i'm going in person.
Why this country or city has to be so cursed or am i cursed? I bought this to feel better, to brag once in a long time that my health is improving and now, i'm going down deeper and deeper with disgraceful people and pleading for a lame amount and they don't care if they hurt my health or not.
I wish them all the worst. The worst from the worst. But old folks will say i'm still young. No, I'm too old for this stuff, really.

Customer service is getting worse a lot of places. When I call someone, a lot of the time I can't even understand what they're saying.

@kareng and customer service from discount site then sent me an email expressing she is sorry and open for communication and site will refund me the money in 2weeks or less.while she couldn't give me money in person.
what a charming people,right? I don't think i'll see my money after all this and they won't refund me sooner,it seems. People's health, nothing matters to them.

I am so sorry this happened to you and I hope you get your refund and everything settled, They should not be giving massages if they work like that and you got bruised,

@RasmaSandra thank you so much.i'm less sore but my bruises are still there.maybe fading,not sure.i think i bruise easily but i thought that real hit to my knee at the table is different from this.masseur should warn me but again, i saw her professional behaviour yesterday and i doubt she has experience.she has strong hands but you also need to have some knowledge. Thank you again.

After coming in person to this lady she slammed the doors to my face and incompetent customer service finally decided to give me a refund but didn't tell me when.the most important thing.writing to them again.
they also said that a massage person was sorry.what a lie,slamming doors, ignoring me,telling i should contact the site where i bought it,that she's working and that i wasn't rude like that when i first came, o, yes,she was sorry,sarcastically. They should shut down her place, i even saw that her bank account was blocked, online.

@grenery8 Oh my!!! They are disgusting human beings. I believe in karma, and bad karma will hit them back. You could leave a review regarding their service so others will be careful. Again, I am sorry that you must go through that bad experience.

@freelancermariagrace i left a review but discount site deleted it.as i wrote them in today's email,what goes around,comes around.thank you. Your sorry means so much more than their fake ones.being that greedy is a sin and i hope karma gets them at their lowest. I'll try to forget that. My head really hurt yesterday

after i visited masseur in person, she ignored me, saying i need to contact a site's support, where i bought offer online. She dismissed everything about me complaining about my body and told me she's working now, like i'm irrelevant.
I raised a voice and then she blamed me how i dare to raise a voice. and she can violate my body; i have 7 bruises in total, 2-3 big, rest smaller, maybe more cause i can't look myself on the back. and she slammed the doors. i threatend her with police, she didn't care.
i called the police but after 5minutes and too much raining, i left; they probably didn't show up. the customer service of the discount site is bigger thief. they kept telling they're sorry through whatsapp and not doing nothing. in the end, 40 minutes ago, they finally reached the partner, this awful person, telling she is sorry and open to communication; yes, right, after all this humiliation they've put me through. and if she was really sorry, she wouldn't have behaved how she did. no excuse.
and now they claim they sent me an email and are refusing to tell me when exactly i'm going to get a refund. deadline is 2weeks but i can get it before and they won't tell when.
they have no moral compass, ethics. lying low beings. i blocked them on whatsapp and sent one more email. disgusting. i thought food app's service is low but this is lowest of the lowest.
thank you. i mean, how to be kind to this pieces of work when they didn't respect me. this is like from a thriller movie. and for lame 10 dollars. i wish karma kicks them so bad.

oh is that really serious bruises?? or do you have your monthly period , sometmes we easy get that after or before having massage, anyway i hope you are fine, but as i know before they start to do massaging they always asking there customer if they massage you a harder or softly,? anyway i hope its not a serious problem about your body, or else its scary.. :(

No,this one showed true colours.i was right now at her place.she accussed me at the end of yelling at her but me telling about bruises meant nothing.i wish her all the worst.and she slammed doors into my face.called police on her but left after 5 minutes
