I love my morning hours when I am fresh after a good night's sleep
I sleepearly but get up early too. The schedule begins with feeding Peppie. He likes fish the first thing in the morning
It is the PC that beckons me next and there I go attending to whatever I have received - emails, myLot notificatins, and I like to hook on to a news Site where I get streaming news.
Breakfast comes next, dressing up for the day, garden strolls, phone calls to friends and family.
The day ends before I know it.
I am glad my days are packed with activity

I take my medicine when I first get up, then get online before breakfast. I try to schedule my appointments in the morning, but I can’t always get them then. Like Thursday afternoon my appointment with the arthritis center is in the afternoon, unfortunately. I run out of energy starting in the afternoon. Of course, inevitably I’m going to at least one pharmacy, and if I’m out I’ll go by my dad’s house to see if he is home. Afterwards, I usually have one or two more errands.
But phone calls are just whenever I think of them during the day. Oh, and I have to walk my dog in the morning, whether I have an appointment or not.

I have fixed hours to take my medicine and that is at 8.15 after breakfast. I hardly go out as my work is normally done on the phone

i do shopping and checking a place where to find a good place to stand my mini booth because im planning to make my own business, little time hanging also with my old filippno friend ,its such a great day for me, good weather and feel refreshing.
