Risky Phone Permissions

I am not sure if you noticed that some mobile phones ask for phone permissions, which we can be at risk of permitting to access the device and its apps. It is risky action for us to acknowledge it. Once they have our data, they can sell or share them outright. That is the reason why I changed my phone to another brand because of this primary reason.
Regarding smart devices gathering more data than necessary, what are your thoughts?

@aureategloom Indeed. I just noticed that Huawei always asks this permission. Before I changed it, I also noticed that it is rejecting my gmail and the like. So, it is not convenient to use it anymore.

Sometimes when I have to use their service, then I must grant the permission. Or I can't use it. I hope these companies will take good care of my data. If not, I think people will complain about it to the market and they can't be available any more.
