girl tools

last night this clothing hanger fell off (my fault) and my husband said he'll fix it today after he comes home from work. but, this morning i decided to fix it with my "girl tools" aka this nail file. it worked, but it doesn't seem too stable. we'll see what happens. other time i used "girl tool" was when i fixed drain on the sink in my dorm using end of the spoon. using random objects instead of hammer sounds like something common to me. or maybe not? what can i say - i'm such a strong, indepenedent woman have you ever used such tools instead of real tools to fix something?

I've used a butter knife at times as my "girl tool." You did well!

that's a good tool hahah but sometimes it won't work if the screw has just that one line on it - that's why i used that spoon end

Hey, if it works then it is a win. It may just need to be tightened up a bit with a screwdriver, but otherwise good to go!

seems good to me too i think it'll hold light clothes. but i ruined it with hanging my big heavy jacket on (won't happen again)

I use whatever is handy that will work. Table knives for screwdrivers is what I use most.

i uswd table knives a few times too, but i never had the real tools or i was too lazy to get them, so i just grabbed whatever worked

I hate waiting on people for anything at all. So l have helped myself with out of the box tools.

Haha! I don't like big nails. I am kind of a germophobe. So I don't think I will have this around! Lol. But yes certain items can be used for completely different purpose than what its meant for. Its funny
