It's Good to Be Home

I am home from my trip. I got home about 9 pm Saturday night. I slept really long today and didn't get up until 1:30 pm today. It's snowing. It's snowing A LOT! We might get 17-20" of snow. We just don't know yet. I'm unpacked and doing laundry already. I'm going through the mail I received while I was gone. But it's good to be home.

Sounds like you’ve had quite the weekend and a well-deserved long sleep! 17-20" of snow is no joke—hope you’re all stocked up and staying cozy indoors. Getting unpacked and doing laundry already? That’s impressive; I usually procrastinate on those after a trip! It’s always nice to come back to your space, even if there’s snow piling up outside. Stay warm and enjoy being back home! ??

I fed the squirrels and put some dry food out for the cats. I measured with the yardstick, 8” right now. Brian Goode is gonna get his butt kicked this year at the Fair by me!!!!

It must have been a very long and tiring trip home. And it sounds like you made it just in time to beat a bad storm. Weather is so extreme these days, we are super cold and you are probably getting record setting snowfall.
