I knew I was close, but I have hit the 1,000 dollar earning mark on here. Yes, let's give her a parade... I have been here on and off for 18 years, the same as Heather @gardengerty. JJ is a long termer too. Dominque is another one I know of as being here a long time. Granted there were several years I was not on mylot, but I came back maybe 5 years ago. I didn't even think it was still around,,but some of the people on Postloop, another site I was on were discussing it, so I decided to check it out and the rest is history. People joining today probably would not ever be able to hit that mark, because in the early days there were many more people on here, and it was easier to make money. Are you a mylot long termer or short termer?

@snowy22315 true, I've been in other directions as well. But when I come, it still feels like home

@snowy22315 Yeah, my friend Amber (no joke) invited me to this brand new site she found, Mylot, and boy was it bustling! I remember Heather and JJ from the beginning, but I think it was several years later you and I started interacting. It was so busy back then.

You have been? Funny, I don't remember you from the early days I barely remember garden gerty though..lol, and that was probably from the unique name.

I have been here 19 years (with some periods of forgetting the site exists, and others of dropping in and out) so I would say that makes me a long-termer
I've not even made $25 in all that time, though. It's a good thing I'm not just here for the money!

@TheHorse Can't on mine. When I looked right after that post my dates only went back for about 14 years. I've been here 19 years. Went back to look earlier this day and they have now wiped out another 10 years. I love how they censor us. That really sucks about this site--censorship and reading our messages.

@snowy22315 Not on mine and now even more years are wiped blank. Censorship at its finest.

Congratulations, you have done quite well.
I joined in August of 2015.
I have taken some time off here and there for a bit.
I've just passed the $700 mark, you have me beat by a long-shot.
I have to say that Heather was instrumental in my joining the site, and JJ supported me very kindly right from the beginning, which helped more than I can say. There were others too, some still here, some not, some here but no longer active.

Well, some people have a life. 700 in 10 years not bad at all. When you retire, if you are active here you would easily make 1,000 in 3 years. You will probably find other things to keep you busy though.

@Juliaacv Oh wow, that is 2.5 years. Long time to go yet. Sis is retiring in about 16 months. I am not sure if she is looking forward to it or not, but probably so..because work has been ultra stressful as of late. Lucky she only has to go in 2 days a week, but she does have to work at home the other days.

@snowy22315 I have just shy of 30 more months of work left, that seems like forever in one way, yet in another, not long enough. I am a saver and do well with budgeting to buy what we need/want, and all I know how to do is budget by my wages at this stage of the game. My last 18 months of work, I will switch everything over to a more monthly basis, I am getting there now, but not completely there, but have made great strides in that direction in the past few months.

I just responded to a discussion by Heather . Looks like you too are one of the earliest users I know of mylot. And congratulations on reaching the landmark. Even if one gets payout every month , it would take approximately 17 years to get to $1000 at the current payout rate. So i guess very few would be able to make to the mark , perhaps by some of the earliest users. I vision myself to be here in mylot for long term. However, it is "Man proposes , God Disposes" . So unless there are other challenges , I should be around mylot , trying to reach other milestones alongwith you all expect perhaps for the payout milestones. Have a great weekend ahead!

Yep, for most it would take a good long time. Some of the highest earners on here would be able to do it in less time.

I joined Mylot in January 2007. Then I had a second avatar from early 2008.
I was active till Mid 2013.
So that makes it 6 years.
Then I became active again in October 2015 and have been active since then.
So that makes it 6 + 9 years i.e 15 years.
I have not checked the total amount as of now.
I remember about JJ. Vanny has also been a long timer here.
Some are no longer active since then.

I would say the majority are not active here. Some people seem to create a profile and just disappear too.

See, I didn't even know it was around in 2006. I know I quit initially because they were deducting money for this and that. It wasn't worth the trouble.

Congratulations! That's a really huge milestone to me.
I have joined myLot since 2015, June 15, I think. It's been almost 20 years. I still remember when I first started working, I thought of looking for some side income online and I found myLot. I have been on and off here. Though I always thought of being around more consistently, I just couldn't make it. I am glad myLot is still here after so many years. I feel nice to have a cozy place to hang out sometimes.
Enjoy mylotting!
