The calm before the... / myLot

It's 60 degrees here today and the wind is calm. Tomorrow it's supposed to be a high of 32 degrees. Monday night single digits. Tuesday it's supposed to snow or something. The prediction is for the coast to get ice/ snow. I seriously hope it doesn't do anything here in my area. I'm in central Alabama. Spring can't get here fast enough for me.

We had nice temperature here also, but had a good bit of wind. I'm not looking forward to this coming week with the cold, ice and snow. I can do without all three!! Come on, Spring!

Well, sounds like you would have to undergo days of Snow/Rain and low temperatures before the Spring turns up. Here we are now seeing some sunny days after cold days and nights, some heavy fog days and some rains. No snow here but without room heating, even a Temp of max 18 C and min of 6 to 8 C can be quite testing!

We already hit our high of a little over the freezing mark. It will gradually cool off during the afternoon and into the evening. Tomorrow will be colder and then the polar vortex comes late on Sunday I believe and lasts until mid-week. At least the really cold weather will kill all of the germs, and keep most of us inside.
