I got some stomach pains about an hour ago

It was a little bit scary. I had had had a frozen yogurt bar a few minutes earlier, and was sipping on a diet coke neither of which should have bothered me. They were bad enough I had to lay down for a few minutes. Why would I get these just out of the blue? It was a bit concerning..I do take 2 aspirin everyday, which probably is not good for my stomach, but to get these pains out of the blue was weird. Have you ever had something like this?

My mother has those issues with stomach acid, but I don't have them

How are you feeling now - I hope the pain went away. Was it an ache or more like a cramp? I was told aspirin could cause or worsen ulcers - please be careful! Mine is usually food/gas related - like too much dairy or spiciness. But there are times where I think I cut off my circulation with really tight clothing like jeans.

Yeah, I really think I need to cut back on the aspirin. I feel fine now..It was just surprising and concerning these hit out of the blue

@snowy22315 Glad the pain left. It seems like women go through these weird stomach pains . . . these things just hit us like that every now and then

I sometimes get terrible pains in the middle of the night. I think it is just indigestion but it's really debilitating. I usually have a Quick Eze and within a short while it eases so I'm guessing it's indigestion. But how come it strikes in the middle of the night?

Hard to say, but if it's recurrent and severe, you better get checked out. At least mention it to your doc.

I hope it’s nothing serious and that it doesn’t happen again 
. Hopefully just gas maybe a weird combination of gas build up in there from the yogurt and soda mixing. Trapped gas my first husband used to get a lot I’m not exactly sure what it was but know Prilosec helped.

Its possible I guess, but I don't feel particularity gassy.I am just hoping I don't get them again.

Can't you go to the clinic? I hope you get better soon. But you ate yogurt and drink a soda I think those are not a good pair, it could really hurt your stomach, I mean yogurt is sour, and coke is acid I think.. maybe you did not eat anything before eating the yogurt and coke. Please be careful on what you eat.

Normally something like that wouldn't bother me I talked to AI in a chat site..they recommended some things which of course would be expensive and time consuming I will try to back off in the aspirin, but if I have a recurrence I will have to do something

Oh yea, they only lasted for a few minute Thanks I will say tough m stomach didn't seem 100 percent normal tough the ret if the night .

I don't think it's a bug. There is no nausea involved. I talked to AI on a doctor site who if course wanted me to pay for a doctor's visit They made some recommendations which I saved, but at this point hoping I don't get a recurrence. If I do I will have to do something something.

Oh certainly it only lasted about 5 minutes. They went away almost immediately when I layed on the couch.
