Apples

If there is one fruit that has not appealed to me and that is apple. So much praise for this fruit but I am not impressed.
There are scores of varieties of apples - very fascinating indeed but none have appealed me
For me it is not 'an apple a day keeps the doctor away' but a chocolate a day keeps the boredom away
What keeps your boredom away?

I think they're like the bread of food, they get quite boring on their own but you can also make tons of recipes with them. Bananas are the same, except better.

@allknowing I've been eating them almost daily too, along with canned fruit sauce which is fairly cheap where I live. It comes with apple mixed with other fruits, I don't bother getting the apple only version, why would I?

I think it depends on variety. I love red apples which are firm and crispy. There are variety of apples found but I like pacific rose the most. Even granny Smith is delish with some chilly sweet chutney.
